Normally within one working day, with indicative pricing, the grades actually available from this harvest, and any question we need answered to quote properly.

You approve a sample

Samples ship worldwide in 5–7 days. For commercial lots we send photographs and a pre-shipment sample, and load only against your written approval.

We ship with the documents

Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and the lot dossier — issued ahead of arrival, not chased after it.
